About This Site
I’m going to be sharing lots of healthy delicious recipes and a healthy lifestyle. I love eating healthy food since I was a little kid. (I was a strange kid, every time someone asked my favourite food, I said “vegetables”.) I love them because they make me feel good. If you are thinking that healthy food recipes are complicated or too fancy, it’s wrong. Healthy recipes are very simple and easy. Also, I’m the laziest person ever, so my recipes are especially quick! Quickest ones take only about 2-3 minutes. I don’t like to do the dishes as well (who likes it?), so I usually try to use pans and pots as few as possible. My food can look fancy sometimes, but honestly, serving skill is the key!
Another thing that I want to focus on this blog is mental health and mindfulness. Health in today’s society is not only about physical health. It’s so easy to compare with others and be stressed out. So I will also be sharing some inspiring tips and spreading positivity to help make your life even better!

So if you’re having a great day, keep enjoying your day. If you’re having a bad day, make it to a good day! It’s never too late to change your day into a positive one. Listen to music you love, dance, watch a movie, bake cookies, call your friend… just do whatever makes you feel good!
